SEATED FORWARD BEND

This move tones your leg muscles while stretching your hamstrings and lower back for ultimate flexibility.

TO DO IT Seated on the floor, flex your feet, keep your back straight, raise your arms in the air, and bend forward with your chin lifted. Look forward, and interlace your fingers around your big toes. Make sure to keep flexing your feet. Pull your body forward and hold for five deep breaths.

Point your feet and drop your head forward, relaxing the back of your neck. Feel the delicious stretch in the upper back and neck.
